Vine(?) Wood Work?

Hi,

i was in petsmart today, just seeing what plants they had as it was within walking distance.

i couldn't see any bogwood large enough for me. I will have a 130litre tank, and wouldnt mind one large piece, with a few smaller pieces so that i can attach on some java fern and java moss myself.

But then i noticed in the reptile section a perfect looking piece of wood, i htink it was called vine wood...would this be ok? or does it specifically have to be bogwood to not rot and allow plants to attach themselves (i wish i had taken a photo of it now).

Or can bogwood include lots of different types of wood? including vine wood? (it seemed quite cheap too in comparison to the fish section)

that looks cool, it was slightly smaller, similar shape, but not as red i think...
