Vho Bulbs

Anybody know where I can get 24" VHO bulbs in Australia?

Also do they require a special ballast?

Not sure about where you can get the bulbs, but VHO bulbs are just regular bulbs that are designed to be used with a ballast that basically overloads them with power (as far as I understand). If you want to use VHO ones, you need a bulb specially designed to be overdriven, and a ballast to overdrive them (Icecap are the best IMHO). HTH.
