I know i posted this in tropical chat but i figured i would get more responses here. Like i said they are extremely small and move kinda quickly. Are they parasites?

Sounds like it yes.
Been feeding any live foods.
Over feeding.

no the tnaks just been established. All stats are fine and i added my first fish today which is a betta. Its a 35 gal tank btw. They are very tiny and move quickly.

Get a magifying glass to see if the dots have legs.
Might be water mites.

ok without one i can just barely make out a tail like thing and mabey 2 antennas or something. Still them move pretty quickly

i think i had the same thing i never found out what they was tho

I had them in with my Lionhead a couple of weeks back, dunno where they came from. They looked like little discs, little moving lice. I dosed the tank with some anti-crustacean/parasite thing my shop sells and haven't seen 'em since.

very cool. Did they do any harm to your fish while they where in tehre

Yes fish lice or louse as some like to call it.
The interpet crustaceon med wipes your bacteria colony out in the filter but a very powerful med.

The tail on the parasite is it forked.

This is what anchor worm looks like.
