Very Small White Worms

i have very very small white worm like things on the inside of my tank are these ok? should i do anything?

lol thank you wilder i had 2 on the side of my glass after i vacuumed it and my molly came over and ate them

Good article that.
Over feeding, lack of maintanance or high ammonia reading.
Just preform a gravel vac and water change to get rid of them.

yeah i think it may have been my filter! i had two filters on my 10 gallon just to keep it nice and clean and today i noticed one of them was spiting out the dirty water! Also tonght i get my 30 gal tank ime very excited
