Very new

A few months ago I decided I wanted some fish but I put it off thinking it would be just a phase. Well my desire for fish hasn't gone down any so I have decided to get just a few to start off with. I have a 3 gallon tank that is cycling so I'm trying to figure out what I want. However, I think I'm going to go with a beta and an ADF and I'm really excited about the whole thing. I have already had several questions and I have been very impressed with the amount of people that have answered and the quality of the posts. These forums are great and I will definitely stick around!

Hi ToWnPrEp! A betta and an ADF would be very happy in a 3 gallon tank, providing the betta you get does not prove to be very aggressive. You'll have to keep an eye on them for a while
