Hiya

I placed an order with all pond solutions you may remember my questions last Sunday. it was supposed to arrive Thursday at the latest but they emailed and said I should receive it today. we got a call today and we are now getting it Monday. my wife will now have to take yet another day's annual leave. has anyone else had this trouble from All Pond Solutions, and do you think I will get my Tank on Monday or do you think this will drag on a bit. sorry to post on here just really disappointed and eager to get my tank up and running.

I had similar trouble when I bought a tank online. Unfortunately, they put a forklift through mine...and at the time they couldn't order any more tanks!

You get the troubles online at times :(
 
i am always afraid of buying things online because of things like that
 
Pays ya money take ya chances, its not APS its nearly every single site online that drop the ball at some time
 
I'm having the same problem getting a recorded delivery delivered to my house from the local sorting office atm; it's not really fair to blame APS..
 
ordered my 1000ef+ via amazon came through really quick was ment to be 5-7 days came in 3
so no probs there
 
I ordred a 100w heater from them not long ago and it came withing a few days recorded delivery,but with larger items its not so simple i suppose so can't always go smoothly. In an unrelated issue to APS we ordred a vivarium from an online store recently and it arrived missing a glass door and a cave hide chipped, we were told to live with the chip and they would get the suppliers to send an other bit of glass out. when it came it was badly scratched and damaged so phoned again and they send a 2nd new peice of glass straigh from the suppliers again. so just shows it can be their suppliers that let them down who then let you down
