Veggies!

I'm looking to feed my tank some nice fresh veggies for added nutrition and diet variation. My GBR and balloon EBR are the pickiest eaters I've ever seen in my life, so I'm curious what veggies people have had success with for their rams in the past. I don't want the veggies rotting in the tank and ruining my water quality. Any suggestions?

The only veg type mine would eat were pleco algae wafers

My rams love peas and pick at the plecos cucumber too.
