Various Food Types For Cichlids

What other food, other than the flake food that I have been feeding my Cichlids, should I be feeding them?

Pellets?

u could try maybe daphnia or brine shrimp. though i feed mine striktly on new life spectrum!
they grow fast and healthy on this stuff and my silver dollars and my pleco's love it. like fish crack for health and growth!

In order to have vibrant color, good growth rate, and healthy immune systems, Labs NEED Sprinula In their diet. Something like 75%. I would purchase supersoft Sprinula pellets, and some African cichlids pellets
