I put 2 vallis in my tank a few wekks ago, i was taking a close look around the tank yesterday and spotted 4 or 4 mini vallis growing out of the sand.
is this normal?

Yep they propagate via runners, it wont be to long before it takes over your tank the attack of the trifids

Didnt think it grew well in sand...

I dought 3 plants about 2 months ago, now i have about 25 plants about 6 in tall from them.
