Vacuuming Tank

I have been looking at the pictures of tanks here. Most of them have alot of rocks in them. How do you vacuum the tank with all of the rocks? I don't think you take them out. that would be a job. Even with my tank that has mostly plants and a couple rocks, it is hard to get around them and clean throughly. Tell me how you do it with all the rocks.

Each week during my waterchanges, i give it a quick hoover over the open areas, and places i can reach. I dont bother taking all the rocks out... that would take ages, not to mention kill my back LOL.

Though, i do take everything out and give it a good hoover/clean every 3or4 mnths, maybe longer.

where the hoover cannot reach i simply stir up the gravel and the dirt comes up into the water and i hoover it out that way. although for a thorough clean removing all the stuff always works best. i tend to remove my fish when i hoover my tank - they are all quite small and its easier!
