Vacuuming Gravel After Frozen Brine Shrimp Feed?

I gave the fish frozen brine shrip this morning, they now all have had more than their fill and the gravel is covered in left over brine shrimp, should I vacuum the substrate now or leave it till tomorrow?

Hoover it now, and feed a bit less next time!

Yes my poor babies gorged themselves because I didn't know what I was doing! Lol 1/4 cube next time have just cleaned the pump out and done a water change, saves a job for tomorrow!
