Uv Sterilisers

Would anyone recommend a good quality uv steriliser and advise on which wattage to have for a 150 litre reef set up?

I use a vecton 400 on my 180 + 30 litre tank/ sump. Tbh I’m not sure what sort of wattage it runs, but I can whole heartedly recommend a steriliser. I’ve had nothing nasty in the tank since it’s installation.

For a 150-liter reef, I’d look at a quality 15–25W UV and pay close attention to the flow rate rather than wattage alone. For reef systems, the correct UV dose and flow are more important than simply using a bigger unit. Aqua Ultraviolet’s sizing charts are useful for matching the unit to your goal.
