Hey peeps,

It seems my UV bulb needed replacing in May this year, and I forgot  I checked the tank last night, and 1 RAM had alot of White spot on him and one of the loaches had about 4 spots on him.

I realised what happened, and put some King British WS3 in the tank and increased the temp.

I can get a new UV light today, but which is better now White spot are on my fish. Should I stop medicating and put the UV on or leave the UV off and medicate ?

Thanks

Partially correct but you should have done a water change and a thorough gravel cleaning before starting to dose the tank with WS3.

Get a couple of big airstones, run them flat out, leave the lights in the tank off, raise the temperature gradually to 28 - 29 deg C then go the distance with the WS3 then do a 50% water change 4 days after the course finishes and add a new UV lamp.
