Uv - Filter Setup Question

I`m thinking about a UV steriliser for my tank setup, as the Vecton is quite large (470mm Long) would it be ok to mount it vertical attached to the inside of the cabinet, my concern is the hosing from the filter outlet would have to go down through the UV before going back to the tank outlet.

Anyone help ?

Also does anyone know the dimensions of the V2 models from Vecton?

I am pretty sure that the fluvals do fit the vectrons nick and also i woudnt have thought you can tdo this. Ask somebody who has one to have a check throguh the instruction manual.

Thanks Ginge , did you mean I can`t ?
I know you have to change the Hosing to standard 14mm to fit both the Vecton and the Filter which isn`t a problem it`s just whether the plumbing is possible as the outlet from the UV will have to go lower than the standard outlet height of the filter.
