Hi

Is there any dependence between each?

I mean will UV be in any way not recommended for heavily planted tanks with regards to bacteria helping/leaving on plants?

no because the bacteria is only killed when it is passed through the UV, and if it is attached to a leaf then they wont be killed.

One problem is that a UV can break down the chelator used and plants dont get that particular nutrient. It happens commonly with Iron.
