Using Epsom Salts With Meds?

I am currently trying to problem solve a swim bladder issue in my tank,  which I'm currently treating with Tetra Parasite Guard.  Would it be ok to treat with Epsom salts at the same time in case it is a bloat/constipation issue that the peas aren't touching?  And if the parasite treatment doesn't help, could I use the Epsom salts while using an antibiotic?
