Urgent Shrimp Problem

I have filter shrimp. he has shed his skin in the past day. I checked him this morning and he was ok by near the heater. He is now on his back and I thought he still had some skin to shed but it looks like a big blister. I could see the heart beating eralier butnot now however one of his fans is moving.

200 ltre tank clean 3 times 30% a week ammo 0 nitrate 0 nitrites 20

probably got caught while molting and hurt itself . My crayfish did that and died.
