I love keyholes they are my fave fish along with Hoplos! We always have a pair in the tank.
Well out of our latest pair 1 of them died so we replaced it at the weekend with 3 more. 1 of them is chasing the original around the tank. The original sits on his own at the other end or with the plecos.
But today I couldnt find it and finally found him sitting in one of the upturned fake rocks where the plecos hide. Do you think he is ok or shall I remove the new keyhole?

Any Ideas? ThanksxXx

You should probably move the new one if you want your original to live, since cichlids can pester each other to death.

This is probably just how you wrote it,but what do you mean we always have a pair in the tank(to me this sounds like everytime 1 pair dies you buy another?),and what size is your tank.

Thanks
