Upgrading :)

I am going to upgrade my 2.5 gallon unfiltered tank to a 6.6 gallon tank with an adjustable filter for my male betta, Jack! Yay!

I'm also upgrading from plastic plants to live plants in both of my betta tanks. I'm going to be fishless cycling the new tank when I get it, which I've never down before. I'm deffinitely going to have java fern in the tank (it's my favorite plant to look at so far, never had it, but it's still my favorite!), and I'm thinking about a carpeting plant, I'm not sure yet. There will be others, I still have to decide om the rest.

Thanks to everyone who has answered any of my questions so far, I'm learning so much by being on this forum. I recently got a friend who has fish to join too!

I will get a picture of the current setup, there's a glare with the room light on, so I have to find a flashlight that will work (his tank doesn't have a light right now!). He has three plastic plants, a big seashell, a dragon statue, a heater, blue gravel, and a thermometer. I will be getting his new tank around the same time I get my new community tank, so I will be really busy tankwise for a while! I will post more pictures of the finished setup when I'm done I actually have a blog that I've changed to make it a fish journal! Exciting year for me lol
