Upgrading To 450L Tank

Hi all

Well i've decided to upgrade my 55 gal to possibly 450 litre tank, can anyone recommend a good shop online,reasonably priced please?

I originally was planning to stick with a 4 ft length,has the main tank is in a 'gap' in the lounge , but now planning a 5ft tank and put it in the kitchen

If you want to buy new..
I've used Seapets for a new Juwel.Good price, prompt delivery (this was couple of years ago)
Custom made.Heard good things about ND Aquatics.Not used them personally.Maybe for the next tank.There's always a next tank

If I were you I would go for 2nd hand. I got the very same tank with lid and fully working lights, original stand, fluval fx5 filter (worth £200), sand, bogwood, 2 300 watt internal heaters, 2 air pumps and some other bits and pieces all for £200. Even had it delivered in with the price.

The tank itself, filter, heaters and air pumps are all under a year old and came with receipts of purchase. There are some real bargains out there to be found

Have a look in your LFS. I bought a 400 litre ex display tank, with sump, high end skimmer, two 2.000 litre pumps and heaters, with its stand for £300

You might not find anything, but it's worth a try.

Haha yea I was originally meant to be buying a Rio 300 with stand and 2 fluval 405 filters and 1 300 watt internal heater and sand for £150. I would of had to pick up myself and everything was over 2 years old.... Then the Rio 400 came up and i couldn't leave it there.

Be getting me 8ft tank from ND aquatics next month will be used as a divider between my living and kitchen
