Hello All,
i'm new to forums so bear with me please!
I'm currently setting up a new 4' wide, 3' tall, 2' deep tank which should carry around 132 gallons of water (500lt) and really wanted to here some people's stocking thoughts.
My tank in use right now is a 23g (about 88lt) tank with 5 Red Rainbowfish, 3 corydoras, 1 Bristlenose, 3 large female Guppies & 1 Geophagus Rio Pindare.
All are still quite juvenile. I will be moving all of these fish to the new tank and am thinking of adding 2 more of the Geo Rio Pindare's, 1 more Bristlenose, 1 Pleco, 5 more Rainbowfish & 5 Silver Dollars.
I have an interest in Severum's, Acara's, other Geo's, Firemouth's, Flowerhorn Trimac's, Keyhole, Parrot & Convict Cichlids & Heros sp. Rotkiel's and wonder if any of these would possibilities for my new tank.
I do realise that I will probably need to take out the Corydora's out of the tank when the Geo/s gets bigger.
Also I have found a nice 1mm black sand which should be good for the eartheaters.
Any help/advice/thoughts on the above would much appreciated!!!
I'll try and post some shots when I get a tick.
Thanks in advance!
