Upgrade Stocking

I'm picking up my new 240 L aquarium upgrade tomorrow. I'm looking to find out what other fish I can add due to the extra size.

Going in from my 100L are:

7 tiger barbs
2 zebra loach
2 polka dot loach
2 BN plecos
Assorted snails.

I need something new and interesting that the barbs aren't going to see as lunch. Something big would be nice. A centrepiece if you will. I've already considered upping my tiger barb count and maybe clown loach as I've always liked those but not had the room.

You could add a schooling fish like rummy nose (if you want a tight schooler) or some cardinals maybe?
Maybe a pair of angels or a gourami?

Too small for clown loach sadly.

I have a 240 with similar stocking - I would get another half dozen tigers, and up one of your loach groups to 6, probably rehoming the other. Then you could get a couple of centrepiece fish such as gouramis.
