okay, here we are going to be day 3. my platy's poo is long stringy and dark very nice lol
i can't tell with the tetras i haven't seen them poo yet, but they are in their own tank, the platy 1 male is in the 10gal. overall everything seems okay so far. was a bit to get them to eat the liquid i had to drop in some food with it, and even then they just ignored it lol.

If they don't eat the gel is should medicate the tank.

I know it is slightly too late to do anything about it now but you know the instructions on the side of the package that say "do not feed for 24 hours before treatment" or wording to that effect - do you think that they may have been put on there for a reason? Like to follow?

I am pretty sure that they probably spent a lot of money on research to tell the end user the way to get the best results.
