Update Species Under "cyprinids, Characins And Atherinids"

you know how underneath the "Cyprinids, Characins and Atherinids" it lists out "All barb, tetra, loach, silver dollar and rainbow fish questions should go in here!" ?

we need to add piranhas to that list. too many people don't realize that the "fearsome" piranha is cousin to the "mighty" neon!

I would have hoped that anyone keeping or interested in keeping piranha know exactly what they have and would know that they are Characins .

I would also have thought that those with tetras (like me ) aren't really likely to be too concerned about where to post about piranha, but as a staple fish of the newbie, they are less likely to know that they are in fact Characins hence they are specifically listed

well, we get a lot of "what size tank for piranhas?" in Oddballs and i just stumbled over one in African cichlids!
