After months of fighting with a tank that showed no signs of cycling, I now appear to be fully cycled. 0 ammonia, 0 Nitrites, and between 20-40ppm Nitrates have been my readings for the past week and a half. I'm going a 25% water change twice a week.
I'm going to start stocking the rest of the tank. This is a 20 gallon planted tank, and the full stocking list will look like this:
6 panda cory cats
10 male guppies
1 dwarf gourami
10 hengels rasbora
I think this is pushing the stocking, but with the twice weekly changes I think it should be okay? I'm not sure how to add the other schooling fish though. The guppies are already in the tank, but should I only add five or so rasbora at a time? Or even less? Same with the cory cats of course.
