MIne are also doing well, but it's the first time I've had hatchets and not seen sparring and courting. In their current set up, they could breed, while in past tanks where others of their species got frisky, the community made that unlikely event impossible. The temperature's right, the water is good, they get wingless fruits flies and bugs - go figure.

Patience, but with short lived fish.

still loving mine… original group went down to four pretty quickly, but these 4 have been stable since introduction… mine love the milled bug bites, and are particularly fond of the super fresh slowly sinking micro pellets… they have to get right on those, before they slowly sink into the mid level tetra territory, where they all get gobbled up right away…since they are always at the surface, it’s easy to know where they are, but the marbled ones , built in camouflage, make them hard to watch, unless the water level is down an inch or so, so you can actually see the waterline…
