Unidentified disease on bolivian ram, possible ich?

Hey everyone, trust my luck.. One of my little rams has a random fairly large white spot just behind its head and just in front of its dorsal fin. At first I thought it's ich but now I dont really know as ich usually comes in multiple white spots.. Possible bacterial infection? either way I'm gonna try slowly raising the temp to 30 degrees as I don't want to take any risks

better get some more pics then coz we can't tell squat from that one.

it's not white spot.

it's either excess mucous or fungus.

do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week. add some salt (1 heaped tablespoon per 20 litres). if theres no improvement after a couple of days, increase it to 2 heaped tablespoons per 20 litres.
