unidentifiable disease

well its not a disease....hes juts got bubbles on his fins...just net him and bring him to the surface, they should pop -_- lemme know wat happen :thumbs:
 
It could be gas bubble disease.

'Gas-bubble' disease (which is uncommon) presents the opposite problem to hypoxia. It is caused by over-saturation of the water with air.
Typical signs of which are visible air bubbles in the eyes, gills and sometimes in the skin or fins.

treatment
50% water change now and reduce the ammount of air entering the tank.
 
no wait 24hrs in that case. but do reduce the amount of air intake.
