so how big do you reckon

black PVC? i think your talking about ABS, of course i may be wrong, i have yet to come across black PVC
i would imagine regular white PVC would be best, it comes in smaller sizes then ABS, its cheaper usually, and its pressure rated.

Just to clearify, black "pvc" doesn't exist. There is black irrigation tubing, however it's not called PVC, it has a different name, as to what the name is I'm not sure. I'd assume it'd be aqaurium safe as the water that goes through it is safe for the enviorment, plants, and any animal that happens to run by for a drink.

After reading that article on http/www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/ug_jets.php, I may try this, just to see how thigns go.
