Uk Discus Show

During Saturday the 11th of October 2008 and Sunday the 12th October 2008 the Federation of British Aquatic Societies FBAS will host the UK Discus Show and Championships
The discus element of the Discus Show are as follows:

* Saturday, 11th-12th October 2008
o UK Discus Association Hobbiest 2008
o UK Discus Association Open Show 2008
o UK Discus Association Supreme Championship 2008
o Peoples choice
o Presidents Award


During the show we you will be able to purchase:

* A selection of terrific discus. We will have a good range of small and large discus. These are being offered on a non-profit basis and it will be first come first served.


* A range of discus specialist items and equipment


We will also be holding the inaugural AGM for the United Kingdom Discus Club and we will have a supply of club logo shirts on offer.

So if you are passionate about discus and love fishkeeping please come and join in the fun at the UK Discus Championships at Hayling Island.

Those are so beautiful.

I don't understand how you can transport those all the way to a show and set them up in a new aquarium for viewing in a new tank, new water etc. I was under the impression discus were so sensitive that you can't fart in the same room with them without 3 falling over dead in the aquarium.

These guy's have masses of R.O. water on tap thanks to ROMAN who sullies then with 2 massive vats and the largest RO system i've ever seen.

Each has it own tank with filtration and heating so their well cared for.

Easy... like everything it just requires the correct knowledge & preparation...... & a couple of hundred hours work LOL
