what type of fish is the center fish here? and can you eat it?

Difficult, not a great angle to see well, they look cichlid, however at same time im thinking marine

The first is a sweetlips of some sort, perhaps Plectorhinchus orientalis; the middle one is a wrasse of some sort; and the one on the right is a parrotfish, Scarus sp.

These may or may not be edible depending on the locality. Ciguatera poisoning in particular occurs when many reef fish are eaten from specific areas and/or at certain times of year.
