Two Senarios For My 60G Tank, Which 1?

I'm making plans for the summer, my tank is already set up and running it's a bow-fronted 60-65G 4" x 2", P.H 7.8-8.2 16GH, bogwood, rocks & live plants. I have come up with the following possiblities: first one is probably safer the second one slightly agressive ....

Option 1
10 Neon Tetras (already in tank)
5 Pearl Danios (already in tank)
3 Siamese Algae Eaters (again, already in the tank)
6 Rummy Nose Tetra
4 Bolivian Rams (I have concerns about getting the right mix of sex with these though....)
6 Julii or Sterbai Corys

Option 2
Neons, Danios and SAE (as above)
10 Tiger Barbs
Kribensis (Pair)
Paradise Fish (Pair)

Which one gets your vote?? (And of course, suggestions always welcome) Thanks for reading!!
