I have a 48 gallon with two male Gouramis in it along with 3 angel fish i put them all in at pretty much the same time.
The two Gourami were hiding for a day or so and now ones finally come out but chases the other until it goes back to its corner to hide again. The only time it comes out is to eat and thats because the other one is distracted by the food and sometimes when i turn the lights off . What can I do about it?

It’s never recommended to have 2 male Gourami’s in a tank, especially a tank that small.

Do you have another tank you could move one of the males to?

Well the thing is I've checked multiple sites on Google and also was told by the salesman in the shop I bought it from that it should be ok as long as its bigger than 30 gallons but anyway that doesn't matter now as they're already in the tank and I don't have another tank to put one of them in. So is separating them the only option?

I keep 2 males (a pearl and a 3-spot) in a 40B tank with no issues whatsoever.

Can you post a pic of the tank? Is it planted? What kind of deco/ornaments are in it?

Having structures in the tank that break up the line-of-sight between the 2 fish may make them feel more comfortable, and the chasing could stop...if not, you may have to rehome one of the fish

This is the tank

Very nice.
Maybe add a few more plants?
