They keep falling over, and sometimes I am with my dad, so I am not home for a week end or a few days. What is the real reason for them falling over?

Dunno, but are they true turbo snails, or mis-labeled astrea snails? Most turbo snails can flip themselves back over, although astrea (commonly mis-labeled as turbo) have significant difficulty and will often die when flipped over. Also, many turbo snails are colder-water invertebrates and do not ship well, nor do they survive well in our warmer marine tanks.

Other possibilities if they are indeed Turbos and not flipped Astreas: inactivity and flipping over by accident without righting is characteristic of most sick snails regardless of species (exclusing things like conches that don't tend to flip easily) and also snails that are weakened from lack of food or being subjected to too high temperatures. In that context, "sick" can mean anything from injured to poisoned by something in the water to an actual disease or parasites. The fact that more than one has been affected suggests a water or temperature issue first. Have you checked your params? Any time an animal is acting abnormally that should be the first step.

My water parameters are fine. My shrimp is still alive,a dn all of my fish are healthy. So, maybe I got astrea snails instead of turbos.

I cannot speak much of experience but I asked this question recently, too. Here's the thread:

I got presumably Astrea snails, and one of them showed never any problems and never fell on its back, the other one fell on its back twice a day after about three days of purchase. I observed some red/pink looking tissue on the underside that were not from its foot nor its head. A few days later this snail died, in a upright position sitting on a rock.

I never pick them off and set them on another position but don't touch them at all.
