Tubifex worms????

I picked up some wardley tubifex worms to give to my fish as part of their diet. do any of you feed them to your fish. Right now they are fed New life spectrum tropical fish formula, hikari cichlid staple, hikari alge waffers, frozen blood worms, and every now and then brine shrimp. now i got some tubifex worms for them. is that enough variety?
