Trying To Save My Platy

I have a baby hi-fin platy (Pip) about 7 or 8 months old. Last week, I rescued him from the plants, where he was stuck with his head down. Or at least I think he was just stuck. He seemed fine for the last few days, but today, he/she is swimming with his head facing straight up. He doesn't eat. I was thinking maybe he got hurt when he was stuck in the plants (plastic), but is there something else going on that I can fix?

Need some more info on size of tank in gallons plus water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, how many fish and which type, is he bloated can he maintain his balance in the water, what do you feed the fish.
