Trying To Figure Out Pearls Gender?

I have recently got 2 pearl gouramis hoping that I got a male and female(I also have and older female so I have 3 all together). Now the 1 thats confusing me is smaller then the other 2 so that will make it harder but I've looked at its fins and it seems that the anal fin is pretty big its dorsal is kindy hard to tell cause its kinda round and has a little tip, It has a yellowy orange on its anal fin but not a strong red like my males but on its body it has more bluish color then my female. I don't blame my aquatic store if they mixed him up for a female but what gender does it seem like? sorry for no pics due to my camera gets sucko shots. Also his/her size is about 2inchs while my others are 3 1/2 inchs.

How long is the dorsal fin ? The males will extend out longer than females. My males dorsal is long but a rounded tip. The longer fins are a good clue.

Well its not to long but its a bit pointed. I think its going to be a female but I'll just have to keep an eye out.
