Trying To Breed?!?!?!

Hi guys,

I have 3 glow tetras, im new to all this so i need your help & advice!!!

2 of them are swimming after each other and when close are vibrating and acting funny, not agressive though!!!

Are they mating??? if so how can i tell if eggs have been layed and where will they be???

Also how can i tell male from females???..... 3 x glow tetras & 5 Neon tetras.... how can i tell the men from the ladies???

Im new to all this so not to sure whats wot!!!

If they do mate...how long b4 eggs are layed???....wrong turm i no but u no wot i mean lol
