Trouble With Fish Digging Up New Foreground Plants

Hi,

I have a load of mini amazon swords and sagittarius nattans that I planted about 2 weeks ago in a sand substrate with some nice roots on them and they look nice and healthy. However everyday I am having to replant some of them as my platies keep digging them up!!! They are obviously too small to place any sort of weight around them to keep them anchored and its driving me a bit mad!!

Any advice? (apart from cooking the dumb platies!)

All I can think of is to cover the plants with netting until they develop roots and become platie proof.
