Hi

I recently moved all my tropical fish to a new tank and I'm going to use my old 70L to have one or two goldfish.

Since that tank is already cycled, I'm hoping to just remove the thermometer, do a water change, syphon gravel etc and then add the goldfish when It has cooled.

Is there anything else I'm missing or should be doing?

How many goldfish do you think i could have in a 70L?

Thank you
Regards
Sandra

None. They all need at least 100 liters, even the smaller fancy varieties.

There are other fish you could have? you would need to check if they are suitable with the dimentions of your tank and how low you are looking at having the temperature

American flag fish
White cloud mountain minnow
Rosy barb
leopard and zebra danio
pepper cory cats
