Tropical Quintet Frozen cubes

I feed my fish tropical quintet frozen food. Trying to work out what each cube is - I worked out Daphnia, Bloodworm and Black Mosquito Larvae. What else is there?

I am particularly interested in what the silvery/white worm like food is - as the Scissortail & tetras go MAD for it!

do you mean tropical quartet? if so it is bloodworm, daphnia, brineshrimp and white mosquito larvae.
