Can anyone recommend a cheap or free tropical fish keeping magazine in the UK?

i dont know how much it is but, ive heard that PFK is a good magazine and that youll get free stuff often... like new tanks

The new tank offer fishy referred to was for new subscribers.

Practical Fish Keeping comes out monthly and is a few quid each time. I subscribed to it for a year for a discounted price.

I don't know of any free ones unless you maybe find some local clubs that do newsletters, or online e- zines maybe.

I think you'd maybe benefit from reading pfk - it can be a bit old school but often covers newbie basics.

Here's a thought - maybe ask in the classified forums here whether or not anyone would be able to send you a few of their old copies so you can get an idea of if it would be any use to you.
