hi guys i am a beginner, is possible someone tell me if is possible i use in the fish tank , tetra active bacteria , aquasafe and prime ?

Have you read up on hot to cycling your tank? If not, read up here.

How long has the tank been setup? What is the tank size? What kind of filter do you have? What is your current stock, if any?

Aqua Safe and Prime are both dechlorinators - you need only one of them. Using too much dechlorinator is bad for fish.
If you haven't already got them, I suggest API Tap Water Conditioner instead. if you already have them, use them - one first, then when that runs out use the other - then when both are used up get the API TWC instead.

If tetra active bacteria is Tetra Safe Start, that is one of the best bacterial starters. But you should be aware it does not cycle a tank instantly. I would prefer to use it to speed up the fishless cycling method in PheonixKingZ's link.
But if you mean Tetra FilterActive, don't bother. Just use Safe Start.
