Tropical Fish ( yellow )

ok i just went to the lfs and saw a yellow fish, i thought it was a clown fish, only very small! but when ive come to look on the net for it, i cant find it! any ideas what it might be. Its described as Bright Yellow and only small

Yeah, I definately thought it was a cichlid when I first read this, but a better description could be very helpful. Fin number shape and size are good.

no i just dont know what the hell im on about lol

but yes it is a L caeruleus, they are lovely. will this kind of fish be ok with my other ones, i have guppies / neons / platies etc. Maybe if i buy 3 ? so they are in a pack.

No they are not compatible, Africans need different water than your fish.
They need hard water and your water is probably soft.
You would have to set up another tank and put some coral in your filter to make the water hard.
