Tropical Fish Unknown! *pictures Included*

Greetings all.

Yesterday i saw this weird looking fish in the aquarium and i just had to get it.

Its got a long snout, and mouth so small that i dont know what it eats!

Can anyone identify it for me?? and maybe give me a few tips on how to take care of it?

Is it hardy? What does it eat? freshwater or brackish? active or lazy? etc etc

I tried searching all over the internet and cant find anything! the closest things i found were elephant nose fishes and halfbeaks.. but they dont have that spotted flame looking tail

PS: Apologies for the bad quality of the headshot. But basically it has a snout that is kinda like an anteater

Peacock spiney eel. There impossible to feed, you need to offer live food/frozen bloodworms, and you normally ahve to handfeed.
