I removed some decaying plants as i thought they were causing an ammonia spike its 0.6 results even after 90% water changes, ive tested my tap water and it 0, im doing TN+ 2ml per day and flora grow carbo.

I removed two plants that were black and melted, and salvina natans that was dropping all its roots they were mother plants.

My nitrite is at trace and nitrate at 20.

It has been at 0.6 now for 3 12h tests and what ever i do it wont come down.

You just created a thread before this on the same subject. I've posted there.

There is no such thing as zero in the tank!!! Only not enough to register on a hobby kit. Also hobby kits often don't measure the actual target instead measuring something which 'should' mean it contains the target and making the assumption.

Hence the post in the other thread on here. TPN+ DOES NOT add ammonia to your tank. It adds ammonium. The test kits cannot tell the difference between ammonia and ammonium and therfore gives a false reading.
