Trip to my family ranch

I went to my family ranch this weekend to spread the ashes of my grandfather, aunt and her dog, Little Bit. We had a great time. Here are a few snapshots I took.

I love the one with Katie and the beer too. She kept nudging my cousin, trying to get him to share. She followed him around for about 5 minutes.

My favourite picture is of Katie and Millie snuggling with eachother. They are really good friends. Though you wouldn't have known it if you saw Millie later that day trying to kick Katie away from the salt lick.

Katie was an abused horse that my cousin adopted a couple of years ago. No one could get near her for 6 months. Now she comes running as soon as she sees someone with in petting distance.
