Im getting this new tank by the end of next week, in it there are parrot fish, silver dollars and gourami's. Can i put in it with them, a pictus cat, plecos, spined loach, golden sucker loach, albino corys, and common loaches? Infact i know my plecos will go in, its just the rest im not sure on.
Which ever ones wont go in it will stay in with my guppies, siamese fighter, neons, fire heads and rosy tetras.
Iv tried looking in the fish index to find out what they will go with but i couldnt find the parrot fish one. Can you also tell me where i can find it please!?
Thanks

Parrot fish - try in hybrids section. Have heard that guppies and male siamese fighters will not get on, but have never tried this myself.
The rest sound OK, except I know very little re: silver dollars.

the silver dollars will be fine in there but they need to be kept in groups of 3 or 4. ideally 1 male and the rest females.

im not 100% sure but the pictus cat may eat fish that are smaller than it.

hope this helps

OK thanks for your help, i think i might just add the corys, pictus, spined loach, common loaces, plecos, and golden sucker loach in with the parrot fish, gouramis and silver dollars.
All of mine have lived together so far and have got on well together, its just weather they will go with the bigger fish in the new tank.
I am going to keep my guppies, siamese fighter, rosys, neons and fireheads in the same tank away from the biggies anyway. I know they will be dinner!! :(
Thanks again
