How long do you think it would take treated dechlorinated water to go stagnant or unusable if stored ink a 25 litre drum

I personally wouldn't leave it very long, a few days at most. The chlorine in particular is what keeps the water from going stagnant, but that gasses off after not too long.

Is there any reason you need to store it?

Was gona keep some dechlorinated water to hand in case of emergency water changes when I don't want to make lots of noise like at night.
Or just to be sure I have some around if I run out of dechlorinator

Chlorine will gas off after 24 hours, so if you did run out of dechlorinator the best thing to do would be to leave the water to stand for 24 hours.

While it may be possible to store water, I wouldn't like to put any bets on how long until it would be unsafe to use. I would bet that it isn't very long.

Yeah, a day or two. A lot of people that keep discus age their water because it gasses off the chlorine, C02 and stabilises the ph, as fish like discus and stuff can be sensitive to swings in those things. It's usually only recommended to keep it for a day or two, and usually with an air stone for some aeration.
