Just a quick question, But if i have to transport plants over a period of abt 4 hours, I would assume i can just throw them in a bag with some water, and they will be fine?

Should be absolutely fine.My last lot from e bay didnt get planted for 2 days after they arrived.I kept them in a water filled bucket with no ill effects whatsoever

>>> just throw them in a bag

Yup. You don't really need the water either, so long as they don't dry out. I've had plants sent to me from Sri Lanka that were just put in a plastic bag, moist but not wet, stuffed in a Jiffy bag and in the post for a week. They were fine.
